How to make Tokbokki with Rice starch

You will need: 

400g rice flour
 A little salt
 360ml water + 5ml sesame oil (vegetable oil)
 Sugar
 Ketchup
 Chili sauce
 Fish sauce

How to make:

1- Mix rice flour with salt and water well
2- Put the mixed dough into the steamer, steam for about 20 minutes, avoiding water falling into the dough.
3- Coat about half a teaspoon of sesame oil on the kneading surface, knead the cake while it is still hot for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and chewy.
4- Roll the dough into long round bars, cut the dough into long pieces or custom shapes.
5- Serve with ready-made tokbokki sauce or make your own by mixing 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 4 tablespoons of chili sauce (Korean), 2 tablespoons of fish sauce and a little water
