Rice Vermicelli Stir-Fry
Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water around 50°C for 10–12 minutes until the noodles flop over when trying to stand a strand upright. Then rinse it with cold water and let it dry for 15 minutes.
Stir-fry with shrimp, crab, mushrooms, and vegetables... as you like.
Cook with the broth
Put it in a pot with cold water and cook. After boiling for about 4 minutes, take it out, rinse with cold water, and let it dry for 15 minutes. Enjoy with broth, chicken, duck, shrimp, crab, etc.
