1. Ingredients

The Vietnamese bacon summer rolls include healthy and cheap ingredients, that are all easy to find. They are a meal which is healthy, tasty and affordable. This is a good choice for every family meal plan.

A - For the dipping sauce:

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 small red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • juice 1 lime

  • 1 carrot, cut into thin batons

A - How to make a sour-sweet dipping sauce?

Make the dipping sauce by stirring the sugar, lime juice and 3 tbsp fish sauce together. Next, add 2 tbsp boiled water and stir well. Finally, finish with the chopped garlic and chili.

Step 1: Place a rice paper wrapper on a board, add 1 tbsp boiled water and spread out all over the rice paper wrappers.
