Instructions for Use: Pan Fry: 1. Add an amount of cold water to the pot (above the bottom of the dumplings), cover the pot with a lid, and cook for another 2 minutes. 2. Take the lid off and cook until the water evaporates. Steam: Put the dumplings into the steamer, cover with any lid & steam for 8 mins. Simmer: Bring the water to a boil, pour in the dumplings, simmer over low heat for 4-6 minutes, then drain the water.
