Before you begin having a plant-based meal plan, it is important to find a reason to do it and a reason to maintain it. What is inspiring you to change your eating and drinking habits? There are many reasons why people choose to start a plant-based diet. It can be for your health, for animal welfare or simply because you want to lose weight. I’m including everything I ate and drank, including supplements and snacks for the whole day. The only thing I didn’t include is water, of which I drink around 3 or 4 liters a day.
- Breakfast: Marigold Engevita Yeast Flakes with milk
- Lunch: Longdan Jasmine Brown Rice bowl with black beans, corn, avocado salad
- Dinner: Hot Pot with Everbest Vegetarian Seafood Yuba
- Snack: Vegan Noble Jerky Chipotle
- Drink: Orange Juice
