The Longdan Black Fungus is an edible wild mushroom, often called a cloud ear fungus given its dark, ear-like shape. These dried mushrooms are low in calories and fats, but like other mushrooms, are high protein and fiber as well as mineral and vitamins.
The Black Fungus grows on trees in mountainous regions, and as such can be andis used in many Asain cuisines, particularly in Chinese recipes. Incorporating these into your diet and meals, such as stir-fry can help prevent the formation of cancer and the development of dementia.
