200g Vegan fish maw, 4 lemongrass bulbs, 4 horned chili peppers, ginger, vegetarian seasoning, pepper, salt, dry onion, laksa leaves, dill, onion.

步骤1: 

Vegan fish maw soak in warm water until soft, then take them out and squeeze out the water. Crushed ginger, minced, lemongrass, chili half sliced, half chopped. Chopped dry onion.

Marinate fish maw with ginger, lemongrass, chili, chopped dried onions along with pepper, vegetarian seasoning, and salt.
