How do I cook your products?

  • 4 minutes in pan fry: Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the gyoza, pour 4 tbsp of water (about 60 ml) into the pan, cover and boil for 4 minutes. Remove the lid off and boil for a further 60 seconds or until the water has evaporated.
  • 3 minutes 30 seconds deep fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 3 minutes 30 seconds.
  • 4 minutes 30 seconds in boil: Boil for about 4 minutes 30 seconds in simmering water
  • 5 minutes in steam: Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
