Add 120 ml of water to the soup compartment, place the meal tray in the microwave, and heat according to the instructions below: - 800 W: 11 minutes (frozen) or 6 minutes (thawed) - 1000 W: 9 minutes (frozen) or 5 minutes (thawed) Remove the tray from the microwave, fully peel off the film cover, stir the soup and side dishes, fluff the rice, and enjoy. Note: Do not remove the film completely or tear it too large before heating, to prevent the product from drying out. The meal tastes best when served hot.
