Erawan Tapioca Starch flour (bot nang) is a gluten-free flour extracted from the storage roots of a cassava plant. It can be used as a substitute for cornstarch, to thicken things, or used in Vietnamese chicken soup, as well as in cakes and snacks as gluten-free flour.
