Instructions for Use: Recipe: Roast Red Pork
Dissolve 1 Sachet of Seasoning mix with 3/4 cup water. Prepare 1/2 kg. (about 1 pound) pork butts then cut in pieces about 44 x 10 cm. Aging for 2-3 hours. Bake at 400 oF for 20 minutes or grill with charcoal, until well-done. Slice thin as an hors d'oeuvre or as a garnish for Chop Suey, Fried noodles or Fried rice (Please notice thay there are 2 Sachet in one pack)
Reciepe: Teriyaki Spare Ribs
Dissolve one sachet of seasoning mix with 1/2 cup of orange juice. Add 2 spoonfuls Ketchup and one spoonful sugar. Prepare 1 kg. (2.2 lbs.) spare ribs cut in required sizes. Aging for 2-3 hours. Bake at 400 oF for 20 minutes or grill with charcoal until well-done.
