Instructions for Use: Recipe: Baked, Fried Chicken or Grilled
- 2.2 lbs. (1 kg.) Chicken, whole or parts.
- 1 env. (50g.) seasoning mix for chicken, dissolve in 1/4 cup of water. Marinade chicken with seasoning mix for chicken for 1 hour.
Bake: Bake at 375 oF (190oc) for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Fry: Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in wok and deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
Charcoal grill: Grill over charcoal on low-medium flame until done.
