Instructions for Use: 1. Boil 1000ml of water (per serving) and add the udon noodles. Cook for about 3 minutes. (Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.)
2. Once udon is cooked drain it well. Rinse under cold running tapwater until it becomes chilled.
3. Drain well again then serve udon into prepared jajang sauce, jjampong soup base or udon soup base as you like.
