Our Longdan Egg Noodles or “mì trứng“ are versatile and delicious in any recipe. They are thicker and have more texture than the traditional rice noodles, and are used in many different dishes all over East Asia, such as Japanese ramen and Chinese stir-fry. Egg noodles are also both fast and easy to cook, and you’ll be adding them to every stew or soup you cook!

Storage: Keep in dry, cool place and avoid direct sunlight. Once opened, place in an airtight container.

Preparation and usage: Soak in boiling water for 3-4 minutes then dry and rinse with cool water. Can be used for stir-fry or soup noodles with vegetables or Vietnamese sauces.
