Instructions for Use: When a duck is cooked whole, Lobo cooking expertise has developed a special Seasoning Mix, so that the ingredients can work their magic to complement the flavour and impart a truly interesting taste sensation.
1. Rinse one duck of medium size and pat dry.
2. Sprinkle contents of this packet over duck. Soak and rub thoroughly inside and out. Let it set for 1 hour.
3. Place the duck in oven at 375°F or 190°C for 30 minutes. Turn the duck over and bake until the skin is crispy all over.
