Instructions for Use: For soup stock (2 teaspoons : 3 cups of boiling water), for frying with rice, rice noodles, vegetables and all kinds of meat.
Won Ton Soup:
- Pour 3 cups (675 ml) water into the pot, heat until boiling
- Add 2 teaspoons of Won Ton Soup Base Mix, stir together
- Add 10 dumpling won tons, return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked
- Add ½ cup Chinese mustard green (cut into 1 inch length), stir together
- Pour into a bowl, serve while hot. Makes 2 servings
Shrimp Fried Rice:
- Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil over medium flame
- Add ½ cup (80g) peeled de-veined shrimp and 2 teaspoons of Won Ton Soup Base Mix, stir together and fry until fully cooked
- Add 3 cups (300g) cooked and cooled rice, stir and set aside
- Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil in pan, add 2 beaten eggs and quickly scramble
- Add rice; ¼ cup boiled carrot (finely diced); 2 tbsp chopped onion and ½ large green sweet pepper (cut into 1 x 2 cm), mix well and serve. Makes 2 servings
