Instructions for Use: Directions:
- For soup stock (2 teaspoons : 1 cup of boiling water).
- For frying with rice, rice noodles, vegetables.
Vegetable soup
- Pour 2 cups (450 ml.) water into the pot, heat until boiling.
- Add 4 teaspoons (20 g.) Vegetable Broth Mix, Stir together.
- Add 1/2 cup (100 g.) diced soft Tofu (about 1 cm. pieces), return to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 3 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Add vegetable as required. Pour into a bowl, serve while hot. Makes 2 servings.
