Instructions for Use: Slice the chicken breast lengthways into thin strips
Place the chicken in a bowl, add a sachet of satay BBQ marinade and dried pandarius leaves. Stir and mix well
Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes
Meanwhile, soak the bamboo sticks in water for 15 minutes to prevert them from burning
Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the bambo sticks
Grill the salay skewers on a BBQ or a pan until cooked through
