Instructions for Use: - Keep the original packaging and thaw in water until fully thawed.
- Dissolve the sauce packet in 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.
- Shape the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces or balls, add them to the boiling water, and cook until they float. Add the bitter melon and cook until tender.
- Turn off the heat and serve. Best enjoyed with dipping sauce.
Note: Skim off any foam during cooking. Water quantity can be adjusted according to taste.
