Instructions for Use: Heat oil in a frying pan or wok on medium-high heat. Coat your choice of chicken or tofu in cornstarch or cornflour.
Add the chicken/tofu to the pan and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the spice paste and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of Chinese Wine or sherry port and stir fry until meat is cooked. Add optional nuts for crunchy texture and serve hot with rice or noodles
