Instructions for Use: Heat oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Add seafood, meat and/or vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Push the saucepan contents to one side and add 2 beaten eggs. Cook for 1 minute and stir into the remaining contents.
Add the rice and spice paste to the mixture and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add optional tomato chunks and stir-fry for a further 1 minute before serving.
