Instructions for Use: Heat oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat. Add seafood, meat and/or vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add choice of noodles and spice paste into the frying pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Push the contents to one side.
Add 1-2 beaten eggs and cook them for 1 minute on the empty side of the pan. Break them up and stir them into the noodles before serving. Add optional tomato chunks and stir-fry for a further 1 minute.
