PAD THAI PASTE
(How to cook Pad Thai with Golden Lotus Pad Thai Paste?)
You will need:
200g shrimp, 1 egg, 100g bean sprouts, 100g chives, 300g fresh noodle.
Step1: Soak white radish in water for about 5 minutes and then take out and rinse with clean water. Wash the bean sprouts and chives, then cut the chives into about 4 - 5cm pieces
Step2: Peel the shrimp and set aside.
Step3: Fry the eggs to ripe and chop them, then transfer to a plate
Step4: Put the pad sauce in the pan, add shrimp, salted radish, chives, bean sprouts, and fry for about 3 minutes, then add the noodles to fry for about 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix well. Place the Pad Thai in 2 individual serving bowls. Serve hot
