How to make
Spaghetti with vegan shredded beef sauce

You will need:50g vegan shredded beef, 20g leek, 50g vegan butter, 2 spoon sesame oil and accompany seasoning. |
Step 1:
Boiled noodles for about 10 minutes, soaked in cold water, drained and mixed with butter. Shredded tofu, chopped leek.
Step 2:
Put the tofu, leek, and beef in a bowl, mix well. Heat oil in a pan, allow to saute for about 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Add canned tomato, season with sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt and mushroom seasoning powder to taste. Stir the mixture until smooth. Arrange the noodles on a plate, drizzle the sauce over the noodles, and sprinkle with pepper and cilantro.
