Braised vegan ribs with mushrooms
You will need:
Vegan rib tips, mushroom, Oyster sauce, ginger, soy sauce, garlic and coriander.
Let the vegetarian ribs soak in warm water until soft, then take out, squeeze out the water, cut into bite-sized pieces. Marinated vegetarian ribs with oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning powder and crushed ginger
Fry the garlic, then add the marinated ribs, add enough filtered water to eat and bring to a boil. Shiitake mushrooms are preliminarily cleaned, cut into bite-sized pieces and dropped into the soup pot when the water is boiling.
Cook until the mushrooms are soft, then taste the seasoning again to taste. Ladle soup into bowls, sprinkle with coriander and serve hot with rice or vermicelli.
