Soak in water to soften the texture. Gently squeeze out excess water piece by piece then seasoning to achieve desired taste. Can be used for frying, stewing, soup and salad.

 

How to make

Vegan fish maw sautéed lemongrass and chili

 

You will need: 

200g Vegan fish maw, 4 lemongrass bulbs, 4 horned chili peppers, ginger, vegetarian seasoning, pepper, salt, dry onion, laksa leaves, dill, onion.

Step 1: 

Vegan fish maw soak in warm water until soft, then take them out and squeeze out the water. Crushed ginger, minced, lemongrass, chili half sliced, half chopped. Chopped dry onion.

Step 2: 

Marinate fish maw with ginger, lemongrass, chili, chopped dried onions along with pepper, vegetarian seasoning, and salt. Put the pan on the stove, sauté the remaining dried onions, then add the fish maw and stir-fry until they are hunted, then add the lemongrass and chopped chili. Taste the seasoning again to taste and then add the finely chopped scallions, laksa leaves, and dill.

Step 3: 

Put fried fish maw on a plate, sprinkle with pepper. Delicious to eat with hot white rice.
