Stir-fried Vegetarian Beef with Celery
You will need:
150g vegetarian beef slices, 1 bunch of celery, 2 small onions, 3 cloves garlic, accompanying seasonings.
First, you bring the prepared beef slices to soak in water and then squeeze to dry. Next, you wash the onion, celery and cut it into medium pieces. The garlic you also minced.
Then you heat the pan and fry the sliced beef until golden brown and seasoned with spices. Remember to check carefully during frying or they will burn easily. Next, fry the garlic and then add the onion and beef slices to the island.
