Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who wants to use their skills in a fast moving environment and to help customers find what they want.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the smooth running of the shop and maintaining the shop standards. Main responsibilities will be:

  • Receiving and checking deliveries, or managing stock.
  • Greeting customers appropriately.
  • Assisting the customers in locating and selecting merchandise within the store.
  • Offering advice on products, prices and stock availability.
  • Assisting in regular stock checks and stock takes.
  • Assisting in changing displays of shop stock. Accepting payments for purchases at POS terminals.
  • Being vigilant at all times.


We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Leyton.

Requirements

  • This role will involve some moderate to heavy lifting, so the candidate will need to be physically fit and have good awareness of Health & Safety procedures. Experience and skills required including Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift valid licences, with good attention to detail and ability to plan and organise work. Candidates with a prior warehouse experience would be preferred.
  • The candidate must also hold a valid clean driving license and have good geographical knowledge as well as possessing the ability to communicate effectively and have excellent customer service skills. They must be honest, reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.

We have a vacancy within our Facilities Department for a Facilities Support/Maintenance Operative.

Main Responsibilities

The role offers variety in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide support to the facilities team leader, responsible for the upkeep and management of the facilities in and around the office, stores and warehouses. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ad hoc facilities tasks in basic carpentry, joinery, ironmongery (such as the changing of locks, fitting of new hinges), basic plumbing (sinks and toilets) and some basic electrical works (changing sockets and light bulbs) as and when they arise.
  • Routine facility checks, health and safety checks and risk assessment checks.
  • Assisting with project work as required.
  • Carrying out other reasonable tasks as directed by management in order to meet the operational requirements of the business.

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our Facilities Department.

Requirements

  • Experience of undertaking a wide range of duties in a maintenance support role is essential. 
  • Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to work under their own initiative, resolving issues with creative solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for packing orders ready for dispatch, loading and unloading goods including containers, performing regular stock checks and other general warehouse and yard duties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures and performing equipment maintenance. You will be required to advise on equipment replacements and upgrades.
Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and repairing fridges, freezers, cold rooms and air conditioning.
  • Assisting with project work as required.
  • Carrying out other reasonable tasks as directed, in order to meet operational requirements of the business.
