Instructions for Use: 1 pack (53g) uses for 2 litters of water. Put all spices in a filter bag. Put the spice filter bag in the stew pot, add water to have 2 liters in the pot and boil for 15 mins along with some ginger slices. Stew along with 1-2kg of chichken meat (or duck, pig trotters) for 45 mins or until meat is tender.
