Methods
- Place frozen bun into a steamer, steam the bun with medium heat for 10 – 15 mins.
- Open the vegan chicken slice package, sink it in the warm water until you feel it soft. Then drain the vegan slices and squeeze out the water.
- Marinate the vegan chicken slice with the teriyaki sauce, mix them well.
- Heat up 2 spoon of vegetable oil in a medium size pan. Fry spring onions until softened. Add vegan chicken meat to cook until soft and fragrant.
- Fill each bun with cooked vegan chicken meat, spring onion, vegan kimchi, black sesame and white sesame. Now it is ready to serve.
