Instructions for Use: 1.Boil Water: In a large pot, bring 10 cups (approximately 2.4 liters) of water to a rolling boil for every 1 cup (about 160g) of tapioca pearls. 2.Add Tapioca Pearls: Gradually add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water, stirring gently to prevent them from sticking together. 3. Initial Boil: Once the pearls float to the surface, cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to low and simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes. 4.Resting Period: Remove the pot from heat and let the pearls sit, covered, for 20 minutes.
