Before you begin, find inspiration for yourself. One compelling reason is inspiration so you can carry out your plans over the long term. There are many reasons for wanting to eat a plant-based diet. It can be for your health, animal welfare or losing weight. Take one of these reasons and keep it in your mind all the time.

I’m including everything I ate and drank, including supplements and snacks the whole day. The only thing I didn’t include is water, of which I drink around 3 or 4 liters a day.
